1. What services are included in the charter ?

Each charter includes a yacht with a professional skipper, ensuring a seamless and safe navigation experience. For your comfort, we provide:

  • Beach towels for all guests.
  • A selection of non-alcoholic beverages on board.
  • Six snorkeling sets for exploring the crystal-clear waters.
  • A complete tableware set, ready for your meals on board.
  • A bathroom amenities kit, including essential toiletries.
  • Full safety equipment, meeting the highest maritime regulations.

Our yachts are meticulously prepared before each trip to ensure a premium experience without any hassle.

2. What is the captain’s experience and background ?

Our skippers are highly qualified professionals with extensive knowledge of the navigation routes between Monaco and Saint-Tropez. They will guide you to hidden gems and exclusive spots accessible only by sea.

  • Port embarkation fees, applicable depending on the departure and arrival port.
  • Catering and alcoholic beverages, with the option of gourmet onboard meals and premium drinks delivery.
  • You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages, with no restrictions.

4. Do you offer itineraries and all-inclusive packages ?

Yes, to provide a stress-free experience, we have curated a selection of nine exclusive itineraries, each including all necessary services for a carefree day at sea.
These packages include the yacht, skipper, fuel, planned stopovers, and onboard services, eliminating any concerns about additional costs.

Our itineraries cater to different preferences, such as:

  • Relaxing and swimming in hidden coves.
  • Exploring islands and marine wildlife with snorkeling.
  • Gastronomic experiences with stopovers at renowned beach restaurants.

Our team will guide you in selecting the ideal itinerary based on your expectations and weather conditions.

5. What insurance coverage is included with the charter ?

Our yachts are fully insured for any damages under the captain’s responsibility. However, in case of damage caused by the charter guests, a deductible (insurance excess) applies. This means:

  • Any repair costs exceeding this deductible are covered by the insurance.
  • The charterer’s liability is limited to the deductible amount, ensuring peace of mind.

A thorough pre- and post-charter inspection is conducted to maintain full transparency.

6. Are the yachts regularly inspected and maintained?

Absolutely. Each yacht in our fleet undergoes a rigorous quality control process, ensuring high standards of comfort and safety.

7. What is your cancellation policy ?

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before departure.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of departure, unless severe weather conditions prevent navigation. In such cases, we offer a reschedule or full refund.

We recommend booking in advance and considering cancellation insurance for added flexibility.

8. What are the charter hours ?

Our full-day charters are available from:

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Extended charter options of one or two additional hours are available upon request, subject to availability.

We are flexible and can adjust the schedule to maximize your time at sea.

9. How does the payment process work ?

The rental payment must be made before embarkation via bank transfer or credit card.

If a board cash fund (APA) is set up to cover onboard expenses (fuel, catering, etc.):

  • It must be paid in advance, and a detailed breakdown will be provided before departure.
  • At the end of the day, an expense report is issued.
  • If there is a credit balance, the remaining amount is refunded immediately.
  • If there is a debit balance, the client must settle the difference before disembarkation.
